Item is a photograph of officers and hospital staff in Yvetot, France, that was taken during a decoration ceremony. Katharine McLennan volunteered at the Hôpital de l'Alliance from May 1916 to January 1917, and spoke fondly of her experience there in correspondence with family and friends.
